Opening of the original cheese shop in Place Castellane

1981

Opening of the Tour d’Argent confectionery on Place Castellane.

1992

Creation of a production laboratory, launch of ready-made meals.
Opening of the rue Paradis boutique and launch of the reception organizer business.

2002

Renovation of Place Castellane and Boulevard Baille boutiques.

2013

Opening of the pastry lab on Cours Gouffé

2015

Opening of the Prado store and tearoom

New production facility at 24 Avenue de Toulon

New boutique on Avenue Salengro in Aubagne

Fifth store opens at Place de l’Opéra
